Mproof Signs Up New Partner in Belgium
Mproof, a leading provider of IT service management, customer support and self service software for the midmarket, announced today that they have entered into an agreement with Devoteam, a leading consultancy firm in network and systems infrastructure. Devoteam will market and support Mproof’s IT Service Management products in Belgium. With Devoteam, Mproof have found a strong partner for their goal to establish a stronger presence and to expand their market share in Belgium.
Under the agreement, Mproof will train the team at Devoteam on how to implement and get the most out of Mproof’s core IT service management solution, Clientele ITSM. Mproof will also work closely with Devoteam on joint marketing initiatives. Clientele ITSM expands on Devoteam’s strength in ITSM consulting. The partnership brings together the strength of a leading mid-tier ITSM software solution with the local knowledge and consulting expertise of Devoteam, which has consulted to and implemented solutions at many of Belgium’s major companies and worldwide.
Devoteam was looking for an IT service management solution that was positioned for the mid market as an out-of-the-box solution, straight forward when deploying to clients and one that offered extreme flexibility during implementation. Clientele ITSM met all of these criteria. In addition the solution is also available in 12 languages supporting the multilingual needs of Devoteam’s clients. With Mproof as a partner, Devoteam expects to gain competitive advantage in now being able to offer a solution with flexible functionality, significantly less customisation and ideally priced for the mid tier market.
