Mproof signs first customer in France
Mproof, a leading provider of IT service management, customer support and self service software for the midmarket is delighted to announce today that Euro Securities Partners (ESP) has chosen to implement Mproof’s core IT Service Management product, Clientele ITSM. ESP chose to replace its existing help desk tool with Clientele ITSM to increase service desk efficiencies and meet service level targets. After conducting a full market assessment, ESP opted for Clientele’s ITSM for its cost benefits, full ITIL alignment and ease of implementation; it was the only solution that met its business requirements.
ESP is the formation of France’s two leading banking groups, BNP Paribas and Credit Agricole. Headquartered in Paris, ESP takes responsibility for the strategic project management, IT project leadership, IT operations management and back-office user support for the two banks by operating and developing their joint IT platform. ESP chose Clientele ITSM to improve help desk response, time and efficiency, therefore improving the delivery of IT services to its staff and customers. It provides ESP with the functionality to manage the service desk within the ITIL framework whilst the value, support and maintenance offered was superior to alternative solutions.

Total cost of ownership was one of the key drivers for implementing Clientele ITSM. The chosen service desk tool also needed to be easy to navigate, with a user-friendly interface. Ease of use and its recognizable interface meant extensive training would not be necessary. Of all the solutions ESP considered, Clientele ITSM provided the functionality and ability to grow aligned with ESP’s needs. Clientele ITSM, sold through Mproof’s partner in France, Prodline, has recently been installed and ESP is now actively using it. Implementation was quick, easy and problem free.
