Mproof opens a new office in Hong Kong in response to demand

 The Year of the Rabbit looks like it is leaping off to a promising start with news of Mproof’s latest expansion plans. Against the backdrop of the Chinese New Year celebrations, Mproof, a leading provider of IT service management, customer support and self-service software for the mid-tier market, has announced today the opening of its first Asia office in Hong Kong. This Hong Kong based branch office will be responsible for sales, support and the implementation of Mproof’s product, Clientele ITSM, in the Asian region. The expansion is in direct response to the growing global demand for the company’s core product, Clientele ITSM.

The project will be spearheaded by John Paul Andrade, the Business Development Manager Asia, who has recently moved to Hong Kong to help establish the new offices and management team. An industry veteran with 20 years’ experience in the Service Management industry and a certified ITIL consultant since 1993, John Paul has a track record of developing successful sales organisations, channels and partnerships. The Hong Kong office is ideally positioned to serve the whole of Asia. It will cater to clients across the region and significantly strengthen Mproof’s presence in the fast-growing Asia market.
