Mproof announces release of Clientele 2010 and its PinkVERIFY™ v3 validation

Mproof, a leading provider of IT service management, customer support and self service software for the mid-tier market, has today announced the latest release of Clientele ITSM 2010 which has already undergone two rigorous assessments.

Firstly, Clientele ITSM 2010 has successfully passed Pink Elephant’s ITIL v3 assessment, achieving PinkVERIFY™ status. This provides critical third party confirmation that Clientele ITSM 2010 complies with the ITIL best practice library, service management industry’s gold standard. Pink Elephant provides a worldwide independent certification program built to recognise software that supports the definition and workflow requirements of specific ITIL v3 processes. In order to achieve PinkVERIFY™ certification, the ITSM solution undergoes a rigorous and independent assessment by a highly qualified Pink Elephant consultant, and must satisfy 100% of the mandatory and integration criteria for a specific process.

Secondly, Clientele ITSM 2010 also successfully achieved the Process Compliance assessment under the ITIL Software Scheme (ISS). The scheme, which was established by the APM Group through the Office of Government Commerce (OGC), is an independent program that validates service management tool vendors for ITIL process compliance.  The endorsement Clientele ITSM 2010 achieved, allows it to display the logo with incorporates the popular swirl image, along with the ITIL trade mark with wording to confirm that the product has been appropriately licensed by the OGC.  

As of now, Mproof’s Clientele ITSM is listed on the Pink Verification v3.1 website (www.pinkelephant.com ) and can display the PinkVERIFY and ITIL swirl logos on its product packaging. 

Exciting New Functionality & ITIL v3 Support
In addition to achieving ITIL v3.1 certification and PinkVERIFY status in its latest major release Clientele ITSM 2010 now features some of the following updates:

  • Embedded dashboards which provide charts, gauges, KPI and cube browsing functionality
  • High priority customer requested enhancements. Incorporates results of customer software change requests (SCR) and reflects real-world feedback on proposed functionality
  • Upgrade tools provided for all the previous Clientele ITSM versions
  • New vertical side bar; providing access to commonly used actions
  • Drag and drop attachments function to provide an intuitive way to link external files to records in ITSM
  • Email protocol security enhancements
