Clientele ITSM Expands Its Global Presence into South Africa
Mproof, a leading provider of IT service management, customer support and self service software for the mid-tier market, recently signed a new partnership agreement with Digiterra, in which Digiterra will act as a Solution Provider for Clientele ITSM in South Africa. Digiterra, a Johannesburg-based IT consulting and solutions company, provides services to corporate clients within the South African market. Under the agreement, Mproof will train the Digiterra team on how to implement and get the most out of Mproof’s core IT service management solution, Clientele ITSM. Mproof will also work closely with Digiterra on joint marketing initiatives.
The move comes as Mproof seeks to extend and deepen its presence and commitment to the region. Mproof have been doing business internationally for some time now, but recently decided to step up their activities as part of a global expansion strategy. The appointment of Digiterra is thus part of an ongoing international expansion program for Mproof, working closely with The York Group, a business development expert in the software industry.
