A third partner in France for Mproof
Mproof, a leading provider of IT service management, customer support and self service software for the midmarket, has appointed Exakis as its third and final partner in France. Exakis is one of the top three Microsoft systems integrators in France as well as France’s leading Microsoft Gold Partner. Mproof is also a Microsoft Gold Partner, developing Clientele ITSM on the Microsoft .Net platform. The appointment of Exakis follows Mproof’s recent announcement of its partnership with Pragmatic, its partner for Spain and marks Mproof’s continued expansion across Europe.
Exakis, based in Bidart France, provides a range of services including consultancy as well as software integration services. Since its launch in December 2000, the company has grown at an impressive rate and today can boast 300 staff across six national branch offices. Listing some of the world’s largest brands among its customer base, Exakis is Mproof’s latest reseller and implementer of Clientele ITSM.
Mproof sees great potential in the French market for Clientele ITSM and is looking forward to 2011 with optimism.
