Of the many new features, Clientele ITSM 2009 delivers the following:
supporting Windows 2008 Server, SQL Server 2008 and 64 bit operating systems provision of a Software Developers Kit (SDK) for the ITSM portal

Clientele ITSM 2009 has responded to its customers’ needs with its enhanced and expanded product functionality. Valuable feedback continues to be a priority with the latest version incorporating the results of customer software change requests (SCR).
Like for example the enhanced attributes functionality provides agile capabilities to create templates for service requests which enable user friendly entry of service requests through the portal. All fields needed to be answered by the requester are displayed in HTML format including all explanations. The service desk is able to respond even faster to incoming requests; the business, as a result, benefits from the efficiency this creates.
The use of new technologies maintains Clientele ITSM’s overall value. For example, since ITSM 2008, a new ITSM portal has been introduced based on SharePoint technology. In version 2009, the portal has been enhanced with an SDK to support portal customizations.
