Mproof recently held its Partner Event on April 22nd. The Mproof Partner Event is an annual gathering that provides a forum for partners to connect with each other and with Mproof colleagues, and to learn about the latest Mproof strategies and new technologies. The main objective of the event is to transfer knowledge in a personal dialogue with partners from the various international regions.
The Mproof partner network is a global community of solution providers and consultants who represent, resell and support Mproof’s products. Members of the Mproof partner network have specific areas of expertise in order to provide IT solutions and services for their customers in order to achieve maximum cost savings and profitability.
This year Mproof held its Partner Event at the beautiful location of Slot Loevestein in The Netherlands on 22nd April. The event was designed to provide an opportunity for Mproof and its partners to meet annually to allow them to work closer together. As part of the agenda, Mproof invited Simagine to introduce its ITSM simulation game, Control-IT. Questions, comments and input from the partners contributed to the agenda and made every session more interesting.
The introduction of the new functionality in Mproof’s core product, Clientele ITSM’s 2010 release, stimulated lively discussions amongst the participants. Participants were from France, Belgium, Germany and Estonia. This year’s event enabled Mproof to share its strategies and plans for future growth with its partners and discuss how they can work in partnership to maximise these results. The relevance of each topic covered along with the stunning location was undoubtedly the key to a successful event.
